All content, videos, and materials are owned by SIMPLEWAYS.LIFE and are provided for individual educational use only.

To purchase or access our Courses, you must:

- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
3. Purchases and Payments
- All payments for SIMPLWAY.LIFE products are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as PayTR, Paddle and other third party professional payment portals.
- By completing a purchase, you authorize SIMPLEWAYS.LIFE (and its payment partners) to process the payment using your selected method.
- Prices are shown in [USD or TRY] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Access and Delivery
- Once your payment is confirmed, you will gain access to the purchased Course via your SIMPLEWAYS.LIFE account using the email and password you provided during the purchase process.
- Course access details (e.g., duration, materials, or support) are listed on the Course description page.
- You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and internet connection to access the content.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are available only under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical issues preventing course access.
- To request a refund, contact us at admin@simpleways.life within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a brief explanation.
- Once a Course has been accessed or viewed, we reserve the right to decline refund requests.
- Subscription-based access (if any) may be canceled from your account settings before the next billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
- All Course content—including videos, text, images, and downloadable materials—is protected by copyright.
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view the Course for your own learning.
- Redistribution, resale, recording, or public sharing of Course materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
