Digital products Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Subscriptions Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. When canceled, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Coaching Sessions and Packages Refunds: cancel at least 48 hours before your session and you’ll get a full refund. No refund once a session has taken place or if you don’t attend. 4-hour package: hours already used are deducted at [$77 per hour]. Unused hours can be refunded if you give at least 48 hours’ notice before the next scheduled session. Exceptional circumstances (force majeure, illness or emergencies): email admin@simpleways.life and we’ll work it out.
