Core team member in the engineering, establishment, and commissioning of a full greenfield integrated steel complex developed with Danieli (Italy), ABB, and Linde (Germany). Facility scope: 120-ton electric arc furnace, two hot rolling mills, 110kV/170MVA HV substation, Linde cryogenic oxygen plant (6,300 mยณ/hr), water treatment, RO plants, and fuel distribution. Successfully brought to full operational start-up in 2007, producing 1.35M TBY of rebars and 800,000 TBY of billets.

Appointed Electrical Maintenance Manager upon plant start-up. Led 90+ engineers across multiple nationalities for 14 years. Directed addition of a 1M TBY high-speed rebars rolling mill; led feasibility study for a second meltshop; delivered a furnace power modification yielding 10% more melting capacity and 10% billet production uplift; engineered 6th strand addition to the casting machine eliminating high-risk maintenance operations.
